Jul 12, 2004 · yeah well I seem to have gotten the system to recognize the card now. but when i check the driver date its dec/03 but the new catalyst software is installed, so I'll use it as is for now, and I think im gonna do what you said, uninstall everything then I'll pull out my old POS nvidia card and install that, then uninstall that and start over with the ATI.

Nov 24, 2019 · Eddy, .tibx files are only created by ATI 2020 for new Disk backups or else for Mobile backups of phones. If you are using ATI 2019 then ATI cannot open any .tibx files created by 2020, nor is there any way to extract those backups to .tib files.

Oct 07, 2002 · If you've followed all the steps including deleting all the ATi oem#.inf files and Windows XP still automatically installs the driver without asking, try disabling your internet connection. It seems XP will go to Windows Update automatically and download the driver there.
