    Sep 21, 2011 · stating Tech support mode has been disabled by administrator and seems to hang from there I can not ping the server from either the DHCP address that it was allocated during PXE or the static IP address that has should be assigned to it during provisioning. Has anyone seen this before or know of anything that should be done to resolve it?
