Perform a backup of your current UTS environment. This will put UTS into standby mode until the backup is complete, and users will be unable to connect during the backup process. Log into Server Administration; Go to Datastore > Backups and click “Backup now” Install UTS 7. Launch the UTS 7 installer and follow the prompts.

Mar 23, 2019 · The prefix before the regular font name does not allow UTS to find the font automatically. Close matches are presented and the user has to select a font and click next. I opened a ticket with Extensis. They mentioned they have received other support tickets with similar issues. Apparently Illustrator is adding this subset font prefix.
