The Family Support Network™ of North Carolina enhances the lives of children who have special needs by providing support, education, and caring connections to their families.

Support, education and caring connections. As the primary outreach program of The Centers for Exceptional Children, Family Support Network of Greater Forsyth (FSN) is dedicated to strengthening families and enhancing the lives of children with special needs, from birth to age 21, in and around Forsyth County.
The Family Support Program works with families, communities, and service providers to promote and provide support for families with children who have special needs – which includes special health care needs, developmental and learning disabilities, and behavioral/mental health diagnoses.
When a child is born prematurely or diagnosed with a disability, a family's world can be turned upside-down. Our mission is to provide support, education, and caring connections to families who have a child with special needs or who have experienced a NICU stay. FSNCC serves families in Guilford and surrounding counties.
