I have been on Freeserve Broadband for about 3 months and have always experienced intermittent slow access to a number of web sites but especially slow (as these are the two I use the most) to www.nwolb.com and www.teletext.co.uk. SNR target will return to the default 6, given time, but it will take many weeks to do so. Good luck. In my opinion, the proof of a good ISP, is in the resolution of faults.
