If you can't enable them, you play without them. Don't support terrain tessellation? Disable it, what's the big deal anyway? This is PC. We don't need DX9 support, but DX10 support would be very much needed. I don't know the performance about this game, but i know the performance of other games that were recently released, and let me tell you.

Jun 02, 2015 · The reason you're seeing games skip from DX9 to DX11 is that the last console generation lasted as long as it did, with DX10 almost never being used in the middle because the consoles didn't support it. You only had added DX10 features in certain PC games with high-end graphics, such as Metro 2033.
