    Jul 24, 2015 · I have now upgraded my gcc compiler to 5.1.0, so that GOMP 4.0 is supported, but this upgrade is not possible if I want to use opencv 3 (and the GOMP 4.0) on a production server, since upgrading the gcc there, can lead to some unpleasant problems for other applications.     Hi, I am experiencing the problem that I mention in the title. I have a program that we have built and linked in three different way: (i) ICC + MKL, (ii) GCC + MKL + GOMP and (iii) GCC + Atlas. Out of them, only (i) and (iii) seem to work, because option (ii) breaks down with a segmentation fault in mkl_serv_malloc() after exhausting all memory.

    I'm studying OpenMP on TMS320C6678 this days.I know that ccs5.2 use GCC as the compiler of OpenMP.I use omp_1_01_02_06 package.It's compatible with OpenMP specification 3.0 and GCC 4.5. I wonder if it support the GOMP_CPU_AFFINITY environment variable because I can't find the variable in omp.h file and other variables else.
