    From Gentoo. As it turned out, there is no support for writing NTFS in kernel. Weird, ha? The solution is simple: emerge ntfs3g Don't forget to enable FUSE (CONFIG_FUSE_FS) in kernel. I have compiled it as module, not sure if ntfs3g will work with FUSE built in kernel. Just haven't checked. I have also enabled NTFS in kernel (CONFIG_NTFS_FS).
