Jul 25, 2018 · It's not an issue with the installed copy of Windows 10 [1803] as far as I can tell -- I'm running a copy that had been installed to an Intel board, and a fresh install on a SSD that I'm slowly adding software to, and the Soundblaster ZX disappeared in both copies with HPET disabled.
