If you need embedded links, or don’t have cairo/pango, create PostScript output, then use an external converter from PostScript to PDF.

The build runs fine but I still don't get a vector PDF; it's still using PNG. Besides the "pdf_extensions=['vectorpdf']" line, how do I configure so that the PDF builder uses vector graphics instead of bitmaps?
