Xbox 360 controller in Half life 2 and episode one? I have the Orange Box on my laptop. Portal, Episode two and Team Fortress work flawlessly wiht my xbox 360 controller. But HL2 and HL2 episode one don't seem to have automatic xbox 360 controller support. I read the page in steam showing what to do but I still can't understand it fully.

As for Bioshock Infinite and Fallout, they both fully support the 360 controller too. I've played the first Bioshock on PC but I only used keyboard and mouse so I can't say for sure if it supports it. Also never played the Far Crys or Skyrim, but I know FC3 lets you use the 360 controller as well.

Aug 24, 2006 · Well the 360 controller is the best one to set up cause it's just USB and it finds the drivers from the internet and it's all good. I'm just disapointed that Half Life doesn't just have gamepad support as standard, seems like a simple thing to have on a really good and modern game. oh well. Thanks for the help guys :cheers:
