Membership is open to current Harford Community College students who have completed a minimum of 24 credits and earned an overall GPA of 3.10. All students must present with a documented disability and work with one of the advisors in Disability and Student Intervention Services; students must demonstrate an interest in disability issues.

DSIS provides for the equitable resolution of complaints by students with disabilities alleging a violation of their rights under the ADA and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act.
