Feb 27, 2015 · SO i was under the impression that the support frigs main job is to heal. SO i assumed if i set it to gaurds some ship it will heal them when it takes dmg. I feel like they just sit behind them, i end up having to manually send them. Anyway i can set these guys to auto repair ?

Mar 20, 2015 · Hola! How do you organize support frigates? I remember in classic i could drag selection over few units and then all would get repaired. Not sure i'm doing something off, but can't get that consistently here. Is it still meant to work that way? Or should i split them in multiple groups? Or is there a way to tell them to auto-follow and heal certain group?

Feb 26, 2015 · Corvettes can be healed by support frigates but they need to dock with the support frigate - the frigate doesn't move to them. I don't think support frigates/corvettes automatically repair ships around them (kind of annoying) but you can assign a group-repair order if you left-click and drag whilst holding down the Y key with the support frigates selected.

You should have at least one Support Frigat for each Destroyer. Set the Support Frigat to guard a Destroyer and it will auto-heal it when it takes damage, nifty feature. Don't send in your Carrier, but have it stay a away from the battle, keep any extra Grav Well's at you Carrier and send them in as needed.Author: Conskill
