Horrible technical support Hello I originally called in on June 21 to set up a service appointment. We had a storm in our area and out internet wire outside our house had come loose & was laying in my yard. No technician showed up when I was told they would be there by 8pm. I then rescheduled my appointment for June 24..again no one showed up.

HORRIBLE TECH SUPPORT I really am not sure what tech support is smoking, their accents are hard to understand. Samsung says my phone is fine, I am two miles from a tower and have no bars. That is ridiculous,, the folks keep sending me to Samsung even though the problem is on their end. The data can be so bad, I can't load a webpage.

They're able to look a little closer at the area and work with our Engineers to figure out what's going on with your signal.
