Feb 28, 2017 · You should be able to go to your print management server and go to the printer properties and turn off the bi-directional printing at that point. If the server you are running this on is new enough you may see that it is using a WDS port. You can simply change it to a regular port and turn off bidirectional support if that is the hang up.
