Aug 13, 2011 · I used to love HP tech support, however, I recently called. They sucks!!! They didn't know what they are talking about. Moreover, they are trying to fight with me. I end up search on the internet for answer. I've found out that the system that they have its NIC doesn't compatible with windows 7 lol which installed in HP. I am not going to buy HP again...

Calling India for tech support is interesting, let me tell you. They have no idea what's going on. I spent 3 hours on the phone speaking to Raj. I finally had enough when(Raj) ask me to run the same hard drive test that I just completed, 1.5 hours. Even if you escallade the issue, HP is still useless.

HP (and by extension) HPE has never had a working support/download site in the entire company history. It boggles my mind that a multi-billion dollar company (now companies) can't get this straight.
