Sep 10, 2002 · If you can manage to ignore your HPPD for 10 seconds, then try 15. Then 20. Then 30. Gradually increase this, and eventually you will go minutes, and even hours without thinking about HPPD. It takes practice, but it can be done, believe me. Find an activity you enjoy that can take your mind off HPPD. If all else fails, talk to your doctor.
