Jul 10, 2014 · I was leery about having to get satellite service because of outages during bad weather. I was told by Hughes salesperson that if that happened to call them and they would send a tech to re-position the dish. After lots of rainy days, plenty of outages and now speed so slow we cannot stand it I finally called tech support.
