When running convert -list configure it justs it as --without-rsvg, which I assume means it doesn't configure imagemagick to run with rsvg support. It also does not list SVG as a supported format when running convert -list format. Question: How to I enable SVG support for Imagemagick in DDEV?

ImageMagick relies on either of the librsvg or Pango delegate libraries. If they are missing, it uses the inkscape utility. We originally intended supporting SVG within ImageMagick, but it proved daunting.

The svg file converts fine for me using IM 6.9.10.81 with Inkscape as the renderer. ImageMagick can use one of 3 SVG renderers: MSVG/XML (ImageMagick default internal renderer), RSVG delegate, Inkscape. You are likely using the IM internal one.
