    Aug 06, 2009 · No No Big Bill!! If you are on ESA Income Based, it is a means tested benefit just like JSA Income Based or Income Support. The Permitted Work may be approved but the wages earned WILL be taken into account if on ESA Income Based!! I believe (and can find out for deffo) it's the same rate as IS ie £20 disregard, then £ for £.
