It sounds as though when running the scripts sequentially that QTP fails to load the Replay server that is configured for one of the types. This is something that you should contact HP support for.

Unfortunately QTP does not support Infragistics objects at all, so that is why the performance is expected. There is an Infragistics add-in in the market provided for TestAdvantage company, is not HP property so we do not distribute them nor support it. We recommend you to contact Test Advantage in this case.
