Okay, so your setup/configuration simply has insufficient GL support for FLTK. As I already wrote above we could detect the "Insufficient GL support" and then deactivate printing with OpenGL toolkits so that octave doesn't trigger a segmentation fault.

Everything is fine now, i've reinstalled this driver. When I was doing it first time, I accidentally chose support of openGL 32 bit libraries.

I was trying to remove GL related things through yum but that obviously will break everything, but removing them with --no-deps option in rpm and finally IT WORKS..... EDIT: It looks like installing mesa-GL is a mistake... after removing the gazebo seems to start up again. So the solution is just to remove mesa-GL apparently.
