Jun 16, 2007 · The answer was that this is likely caused by support people logging on and off the helpdesk phone queue. When the number of support people is reduced by 1, then one of the '1st in the queue' callers now need to be punted to 2nd in the queue. So, put it down to a toilet/smoke break from the customer support team.
