I've opened case 8546662 and referenced this thread for more information. I responded to the automated support message asking to keep the case open. Is the version I have the proper version, or is there another, newer version of the .MSI file that haven't been able to find?

SCCM and possibly other 3rd party software distribution tools are not aware of this problem, which results in the failed installations if the logged-in user is not an admin. HEATsoftware's Agent Deployment Center is aware of this problem and changes the DCOM settings for InstallShield packages and reverts them back after agent installation.

It could be a quick catch if it fails to extract that file then I assume the script then aborts as it needs the file and cant work without it but if it over rights the file you put there then it still wont work so you would have to drop it in again fast.
