Aug 20, 2014 · I've been the sole IT guy here for 3.5 years. Just promoted to IT Manager. Management is now asking for Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for all IT processes. Management is also asking for "documentation", ie. network diagrams, IP addressing, etc.Does anyone here have anything to share so I don't have to recreate the wheel?
