According to the ending page on The Vault wiki, the Followers are allowed to stay in mormon fort and help people if you persuade them to support the NCR and then help the NCR keep Hoover Dam. But I can't figure out how to do this, and seeing as how they're the only faction that's actually good, i'd like to see them not get screwed over
