This is totally unacceptable. I have over $100,000 in lefthand SAN units and i cannot fidn a single support number to replace a failed drive. I never had this problem before the HP aquisition of Lefthand. This needs to be fixed.

Re: Lefthand SAN Cache Battery 'Faulty' This refers to the cache battery of the array controller. If the battery is faulty, the controller is disabling write cache, hence the system could be a bit slower.
