No se moleste, ¿ pero el acceso a F9 lo haces como si fuera para entrar en la Bios ? es decir al encender el pc dar a la tecla como en morse antes de que aparezca algo en la pantalla. PD : el usb booteable debe estar conectado al pc antes de encender para que lo reconozca. Con esc o F10 seria lo mismo, pero el cambio de booteo seria permanente.

Powered USB 3.0 port on a XPS 12 system was not working. Customer had installed Windows 8 with the Unified Extensible Firmware Interface (UEFI) System Setup (Basic In/Out System or BIOS) in Legacy mode. The USB 2.0 and the other USB 3.0 without power worked. It was just the powered USB 3.0 port that was affected by this BIOS setting.
