I recently ordered and received a Lenovo T430. I purchased with it the 3YR Onsite NBD + 3YR Priority Support + 3YR TPP warranty upgrade through the student store. I received an email asking me to fill out a spreadsheet to register the support services, which I completed, however when I look up the warranty status of my computer it only shows the 1 year limited warranty.

Oct 04, 2017 · My laptop came with 3yr on-site warranty (still 700+ day left). I requested warranty repqir by MTSA(managed technical support access), however, lenovo sent me a email with a file which taught me how to return a machine to repair. I replied and told lenovo my warranty is "on-site" on MTSA. Unfortunately I still have a box today.
