Jun 07, 2012 · I'm considered "level one" - Actual job title of "Desktop Support Technician" - I'm one of the support guys and escalate to our programmers / other people if needed. That said, I'm also VERY involved with projects, up to and including pricing. Level 1 is a misnomer. IT Support Analyst is likely a better word for it.
