A search of the forum for hidden network shows that someone back in 2017 said this was "normal" for the velop and it was the Velops to communicate and re-learn something?!. Anyways, I still see this network on some of my devices such as my laptops, but NOT my phones. I dont think I've ever tried to connect to it, or if I did, it wouldn't allow it.
