I have found that the Portfile define the wrong path for PROJ_INCLUDES and PROJ_LIBS since proj4 and proj (proj5) are in their respecctive install directory.

Mar 27, 2019 · @springmeyer - when it cam time to build boost it complained about default command 'g++' not found.I had to install gcc-c++ in order for boost to build properly. Not sure if I did anything wrong or if something might have changed in the aws linux dist.

Hi . I installed mod_tile and mapnik via github. I used the latest version of mod_tile and mapnik 2.2.3. Mapnik is generating tiles, but just when I remove the layer-tags in my mapnik.xml-file.
