I only say "any" since I'm not to sure about the support the program has for ripping or converting into Apple Lossless, which is the file format you should be using if are planning to transfer the audio files onto your iPod.

    Jul 12, 2010 · Flac is a lossless file format and iTunes is a program. Lossless m4a and Flac are identical in sound quality. Flac has wider support than m4a outside of the Apple/iPod universe. IIRC, MediaMonkey can play m4a files with their plug-in, so I see no reason to convert your m4a files to flac if that is your only need at this time.
