Let me just start by saying I have not personally be in the building of Metrocast; I have only dealt with customer service over the phone and the guy they send out to the homes. With all of the complaints I might have with Metrocast, one of them is NOT the tech guys. Almost every time I have called Internet Tech support they have been VERY good. They have put up with a lot of very stupid questions from me over the years and got my problems fixed. I always call the front desk and compliment them after they fix my problem.

Jan 17, 2019 · There is no website to report outages and emails to tech support go unanswered. These experiences result in a frustrating experience. Calls to customer service result in an indifference that MetroCast was not able to provide the service they committed to provide. Tech support is average during other times.
