Jan 27, 2015 · NearPoint was originally developed by Mimosa Systems but has since been sold to Iron Mountain then to Autonomy who is now owned by HP. Autonomy is no longer going to put any R&D into NearPoint. They want to migrate us to their product, Autonomy Consolidated Archive (ACA).
