Dec 06, 2008 · If you have the K9A2 CF V2 then you can use the 125W CPU. It seems like someone at MSI decided to make it look like the V1 MB never existed. The hardware (CPU VRM MOSFETs) on the V1 MB did not magically change with the CPU support page. The facts remain the same, NO 125W CPU on the K9A2 CF V1. They are okay on the K9A2 CF V2.

Jun 24, 2009 · If you are referring to MSI website regarding the K9A2 CF there, that listing is for the V2 and not the V1 which is no longer shown there. When the V2 was first released both versions were shown and V1 did in fact show a max of 95W CPU support.
