I am trying to get through to support to create a support ticket on the NI site and it just takes me round in circles...from login, then to the general support page and then back to login and so on....how do you get in touch with NI support to resolve issues with NI products?

Why is it now impossible to open a support ticket. Adding Posts to this thing gets no response from anyone. I've read every available support article for my problem and they have not been helpful- everybody says that, does NI monitor how many people have been clicking that the support articles are unhelpful - big ratio.

Now, I tried open the Ticket using new Request Systém, which behaves strange. There is almost no space to describe the problém - say 20 letters. And afrer a month no response.
