History. The Neighbourhood Support Child Care Service (NSCCP) (pilot project), has commenced since March 2009 with Government subvention. In response to the community needs, NSCCP has become a formalized service in October 2011, continued to serve the needy children and families in both Yau Tsim Mong District and Kowloon City District.
