I have a system without a floppy drive and it has a hard drive controller that Windows setup does not support. As I refuse to install a floppy drive I usually solve this problem by using nLite to slipstream the drivers. But apparently nLite doesn't support Windows Server 2008. So now I’m stuck.
Ever since I released the nLite update after so many years, I am getting the same question: will there be nLite for Windows 7+, is current nLite update all there is? The answer is that I am working on such a tool, release date is unknown, but it can be counted in months, not years.

Aug 01, 2007 · hello all just a quickiue, are there any plans to release a tool something like Nlite for windows server 2008? I admire all the work and effort that has made Nlite and Vlite a wonderful administrators tool, and I don't go anywhere without it. its always handy.
