Aug 08, 2014 · Nunu is still ok at support with a Vayne/Kog'maw but I feel there are better choices. He has a clickable stun, free armor thanks to Shatter, and provides sustain for your adc. He's a great champion if you like to go all-in and make plays and deals a decent amount of damage as well. At 1350 IP, I believe he's a great champion to play.

God bless the Dorans first meta. You can drive a carry off the lane with 2-3 parrrleys, and if they try to all in you you're gangplank and give very few ****s.

He offers his team strong engages and roaming, spectacular scuttle control, and an AS buff that is nothing to sneeze at -- all delivered from a tank that is zoning, CCing and threatening massive skirmish swings with his ult.

Nov 27, 2011 · Nunu is legit support for aggressive lane. You give massive AS steroid and debuff the enemy with massive AS debuff. He is pretty solid with Vayne or Kog as long the carry knows that he can win the trades and won't just stay passive farming and eating all the harass enemy team throws at him. Bloodboil has 100% uptime and it basicly costs nothing.

That said, the long camp respawn times have made it a viable strategy still. The problem is there's very little time with Nunu's abysmal clear speeds to counterjungle and clear your own jungle, which is why I've started playing Nunu as a support rather than a solo jungler.

May 29, 2012 · My team was losing once, but thanks to an insta-quad and penta stolen by Lee Sin, (Curse you...), we were able to quickly sweep up mid for the nexus. I think the sheer damage the damage brings more than justifies AP Nunu. He's a bit more of a support mid, but is still very viable.

This means he requires very little farm to do what he needs to do meaning he has a lot of spare time to just roam and gank and harass the opposing jungler(to quote stonewall008-"Master Nunu and you can cause rage quits" That and you basically can't outsmite Nunu.

What is the 'correct' way of playing him ? Nunu has an outstanding jungle clearing and good ganking too but anything post laning phase he becomes pretty much useless. Does anyone have experience of how to be good as Nunu support too ? ps. In my opinion his Q should have some more applications for team fights.

Oct 05, 2012 · Nunu has a support is really good. My favourite combo with Nunu is by bringing Vayne. If I bring ms quints on her and play with a Nunu, damn, I get a lot of ms, it's very helpful against adc like graves, corki and aggressive supports like Blitzcrak and Leona for example.

Nunu’s W (Biggest Snowball ever!) basically creates a giant snowball that Willump will roll around and it gets bigger and faster the longer you roll the ball.

Nunu can out poke the enemy champion and shut them down in lane. Nasus and Volibear can be played if they have the right matchup in top lane. For this reason you never want to pick these champions before you know who the enemy's top lane is (Nunu is a little safer to pick because you can always just play him in the jungle or support).
