We have windows 2003 domain. clients are using windows xp sp3, windows vista and windows 7 systems. I have enabled remote assistance group policy setting in AD. I can offer remote assistance to xp users from server 2003, xp, vista and seven without problems. I can offer RA from to windows 7 and vista from windows 7 and vista.

Is there a "Run" command for the built in windows service "Offer Remote Assitance"? The only way I know is to open "Help and Support", and search for "Offer Remote", then click the link that comes up. But this only works on XP worksations so far as I can tell.
