Sep 03, 2007 · Now, my Ziotek unit works on my XP system, but not on my Vista system - something with the drivers. I don't use it so, I don't worry about it. The person who generously sent me the carousel for testing (thanks again!) was in fact using Vista. Not sure what system you are using, but if the Ziotek software works, so should mine.
