5123:2-1-02 [Rescinded] Administration and operation of county boards of developmental disabilities. (A) Purpose. The purpose of this rule is to establish standards for the administration and operation of county boards of developmental disabilities that protect the rights of individuals and ensure the safe and equitable provision of services to eligible individuals and their families.

(5) "Department" means the Ohio department of developmental disabilities. (6) "Home and community-based services waiver" means a medicaid waiver administered by the department in accordance with section 5166.21 of the Revised Code. (7) "Individual" means a person with a developmental disability.
