    Sep 15, 2010 · Spouse is charged with "Omitting to provide for a minor child"-'child' in question is now 26, married w/ 2 kids. Statute of limitations is 3 years in Oklahoma for a felony charge. The DA has filed this as a criminal felony charge-so it is not coming from the child support enforcement agency. The DA is asking for 4 years in prison!!
