One Support is the care and support arm of One housing, We have been helping to house and care for people for over 40 years. We support more than 11,500 customers to help them live independently by offering a range of care and support services in areas such as mental health, homlessness and senior living.

FSS “Light” clients have challenges that make leaving subsidized housing in 5 years an unreasonable goal. FSS “Light” is a 2-year program. As with Traditional FSS, participants work one-on-one with a Service Coordinator that connects them to the supports they need to gain and maintain employment.

Staff are responsive to individual customer needs and circumstances, providing more intensive support where needed. Our co-location model means working directly alongside local services, such as community mental health teams and housing teams.
