The external process then seems to be able to pick up the message(s). I've got a filter in place that moves the messages to the Sent items folder, and have a Powershell script leveraging EWS to move them back to the inbox.

Nov 28, 2018 · After upgrading Exchange 2010 to SP3 rollup 16, we were able to disable TLS 1.0 but ActiveSync users will have to use the outlook app for email especially on older mobile devices.
