Sep 23, 2018 · Outlook 2010 does not support TLS 1.2 out of the box. This can be an issue if you or your network department starts implementing a TLS 1.2 environment only. You have to enable TLS 1.2 on the workstation by setting a registry key. After this it works fine.

Apr 12, 2016 · Outlook 2010 and TLS v1.1 or v1.2. Due to PCI compliance, our UNIX POP mail server must remove support for TLSv1.0 via port 995 (for PO). We currently have TLSv1.1 and TLSv1.2 installed and working on our server. When we DISABLE TLSv1.0, we can no longer get INBOUND EMAIL using Outlook 2010 clients.

Feb 14, 2018 · Hello all, I have a client that is failing on their PCI compliance scans due to TLS 1.0 being available on our Exchange 2013 server. I know there is a deadline for June 2018 to disable TLS 1.0 however I want to attempt to get all the Outlook clients on their network to prioritise TLS 1.2, 1.1 and then disable TLS 1.0.
