Apr 25, 2017 · The Four Power status registers provided by my laptop do not match up to Microsofts ACPI-compliant Driver eight registers. Yet it still acts as if the Driver is compliant to my machine. This tells me that the detects are showing that the Registers Exist, but Cannot tell what they are.

Jul 08, 2011 · so without simply using the generic config included with slack in the newer kernel, what do you think might be causing the thermal issues? i used diff on the two configs and the output is over 5,000 lines, so thats not a huge help, and im really not even sure what to be looking for the cpu is an intel i7 720qm, so if anyone might know any ...

Jul 15, 2015 · After purging/autoremoving/cleaning the mysql server I had to manually delete some directories since I had reconfigured some settings. Use only if you are sure that you don’t need old configuration files and the previous database entries anymore, since /var/lib/mysql-keyring contains passwords etc. and /var/lib/mysql contains the default database location!
