    partial support is like, you can play the game with a controller, but you'd need KB/M for the menu. Stuff like that.     It may very well be there are some games that lists partial controller support to indicate it only supports 360 controllers. I think you are missing his point there. "Partial Controller Support" doesn't mean anything more than some parts of the game is not really ideal to or just can't use a controller.
