May 15, 2018 · Before updating to 1803, no problem accessing PLEX with any browser. Now after the update to 1803, Edge can no longer access PLEX, where as all other browsers can. Only Edge is having an issue accessing PLEX. Edge can access any other site or internal application, but not PLEX. PLEX has the same version as before the update to 1803.

For Mac OS X computers, the address should be: ~/Library/Application Support/Plex Media Server/Profiles As /u/Lightsout565 mentioned, the Profiles folder does not exist by default. All of the profiles are stored in the Plex app. If a Profiles folder is made, the Plex app would use those first.
